They didn't sound great and the reception was less than stellar but to a ten year old kid it was amazing to listen to my own music on my very own radio.

I remember having one as a kid, listening to Toronto's two Top 40 stations 680 CFTR and 1050 CHUM. I have a few more variants (some are NOS in boxes) but these are the only ones photographed to date. These 'made in Hong Kong' radios were everywhere in the 1970s and into the early part of the 1980s.
